Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide an outstanding gymnastics leotard, made with "fun" fabrics with consistent fits, priced competitively and manufactured to last long after the gymnast has outgrown it.

We also pledge to our customers that all the leotards which we advertise will be in stock when you order. We do this because we know that once you have your heart set on a leotard, and find that your size is not in stock, your Jam Wear Leos "experience" will be degraded.

We will also keep our Web site easy to move around in, keeping in mind that if it is difficult to use, our customers probably won't enjoy their shopping experience.

On the rare occasion that there is a dispute, we pledge to resolve it in a timely fashion and to the complete satisfaction of the customer.



Shipping

Most items ship within 2 business days.

All shipments will be shipped USPS Priority Mail unless requested otherwise. Shipping rates are as follows:

$76.00- $99.00 ... $7.50

$100.00 and up ... FREE!!

For next day shipping(delivery is one day after ship date) add $24.00 **We ship via USPS Express Mail

For international orders shipping will be $15.00

Warranty/Return Policy

All of the products purchased over our site are fully guaranteed and we will gladly refund or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of purchase(this guarantee does not include items from our clearance page, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS).

For Returns or exchanges **Regular price items only** send your items to the address below and include a note letting us know what you want done. We will refund you credit card or send the corrected item back out to you ASAP.
